The University Search Team assists Indiana school districts and school boards in identifying the best candidates for the Superintendency to ensure student achievement and success. Our service is free of charge except for mileage reimbursement, and we offer a multi-step process tailored to each board’s needs.
When we contract with you, one of our four search team members will meet with the board to start the process. Then, all four members will work with you until your Superintendent search is complete.
